Video 1:
* …Everyday the breaths are wasted as they revolve around. If we say for the seven chakras, then all the wasting breaths are saved at the different places. Then all the glands will function properly.
* The ‘Ooo…’ sound should start from the navel (manippooragam), go up to in between eye brows (base chakra), circle there, then go up to head (sky or brahmmam), circle there, then come down and end the breath with ‘Mmm…’ at the navel.
* This will repair the DNA and RNA that will prevent the hereditary diseases.
* The breathe will come into control similar to what ‘Mmm…’ mantra done in the morning.
* This is what is mentioned in the Ganesha story where he revolves around his mother and father and got the fruit of wisdom (gnan). Mother is body, father is soul.
Video 2:
* Agni philosophy: Start ‘Om…’ from navel, travel to sun and come back to navel and end with ‘mm…’ This will prevent accidents happening fire.
* Sky philosophy: Start ‘Om…’ from navel, travel to moon and come back to navel, then you’ll achieve the sky energy and control.
* Earth philosophy: Similarly, start from navel, reach earth and come to navel, then you’ll achieve the earth energy and control. No defects related to earth will happen.
* Water: Sea, pond or any water body for water energy.
Video 3:
* Wind: Send conscious to Pipal tree (arasa maram in Tamil), Mango tree or vilvam tree and bring back, will achieve wind energy.
Video 4:
* Agni: Keep doing this and once you’ll get the inner feeling that nothing will happen even if you touch the fire (not big fire, just try with small fire like the lamp). Don’t call everyone, tell that you’re going to touch fire and do. Then it will burn - you’re trying to get praising from others. Don’t go for advertisement. This is only for your own good.
Video 5:
* Start from right eye brow, say ‘Aum…’ and end at navel with ‘mmm…’.
* Then start from left eye brow, say ‘Oom…’ and end at navel with ‘mmm…’.
* Right is sun, left is moon.
* All this is to get the grace from sun and bring to our mind.
* From moon, get the pure cooling energy from full moon to the mind. We’ll feel cool even when someone scolds. Real sidhars will be happy when someone scold them. This is because, they will think that whatever sin that they accumulated also will be taken away by the person that scolds. They will do something so that others will scold them. They will only be scared at those that praise.
Video 6:
* ‘Aaa…’ is Arul, the eternal blessing, unconditional love. ‘Ooo…’ is life. ‘Mmm…’ is mind, 5 senses in our body. I’m getting arul, mixing in my life force and mind. Then the physical body is becoming divine, peace and joy.
* Everything is within us. But to understand we do not have blessing. We should get the conscience that we’re receiving the eternal blessings into our mind and body.
* This is the first level.
* In second level, from navel raise the sound ‘Aa..’, take to base chakra and circle, then take to head, circle there and end at navel with ‘Mm…’.. Base chakra is below the head - pineal gland - centre of eyebrows.
Video 7:
* 8 is ‘Aa’ and there is a Tamil letter similar to 2 that is pronounced as ‘Oo’. 8 + 2 is 10, meaning, the 10th door (head) will open through sun and moon. Blessings of sun is given through right hand. Some of you said that in the morning you got some kind of tickling sensation on the head when you did. This is the life that is secreting in the head. Similar to how we see the beats on the head of babies and the head will become soft and sometimes painful. For me it started to swell and later my guru applied some medicines. You don’t need to go to that extent and you’ll not have time also in this busy world.

* The God when created the earth, He passes whatever is required for each and every living being because He is the sea of mercy and love. But there is a mathematics on when it should be given to each and every one. This is given only when it is wanted by each individual. The lord Siva creates the prosperity and appoints Mahalakshmi to govern the world. The duty is delegated to Kubera. Responsibility is given to an asura. In Malaysia someone in 2004 is given blessing. Initially he was not in a position to even pay the rent. In 15 years, he acquired 100, 500, then 1000 crores. He is given prosperity first because he had done good deeds in 4 yugas. But he can’t come out of making money as he is stuck. This changes him to become greedy. So, always request for money with blessings. This is the technique. You can also get blessings of Kubera. Beyond certain amount, anything will become poison.
